ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. Expect an email when item is shipped to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped when the hand-made items are complete, you can’t rush art or quality. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days]. ​​

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Calmsea Pottery, the owner and staff are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, items must be shipped as expense of customer.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email the carrier of the parcel and contact us at calmseapottery@gmail.com for assistance. Please have your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
